Shipping Policy

Shipping is via NZ courier services. I dispatch all orders within a few days, and within NZ, to urban & rural addresses, delivery is from overnight to a week. Rural addresses take longer to deliver. International shipping may take upto 2 weeks.

I use various providers including NZ Post, Post Haste, Aramex, depending on which has most cost effective option with tracking.

Tracking details will be emailed to you in a link directly from the courier provider, please check your tracking details if there are delays.

Returns Policy

All items are as described. Clothing is upcycled and as described.

No refunds or returns are offered for clothing.

Botanical Skincare is new & unused and cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds Policy

Foraging Workshop tickets are non refundable. If you cannot attend the workshop for any reason, please send someone else in your place.

I am proud to mindfully handcraft ethical & organic offerings with lots of love & care. I choose to spend my time & energy focusing on beautiful offerings & creations, not on administrating refunds for people that change their minds.
